Hi, we are Abhineet and Dr. Ritika — a brother-sister co-founder duo. We grew up in our family hospital. Abhineet previously built a pharmaceutical company and Ritika is a doctor who decided to build a patient-centric healthcare system. Our team and advisors comprise entrepreneurial leaders from On Deck, Fortis Healthcare, NIMHANS, Amazon, American Airlines, Apple, IIIT H, Georgetown University

Together, we are building modern healthcare for India — healthcare that is patient-centric, healthcare that comes without stigma and judgements, healthcare with a heart and soul 🧡

Since inception in Dec 2021, we’ve helped ~60000 patients and facilitated ~200,000 tele-consults pan India.

👩🏻‍💻 Psychologist screening specialist (Part time)

🌏 Location: Fully remote

🔦 About the role

Rocket Health is growing our therapist community, and we’re looking for empathetic, detail-oriented professionals to join us as Psychologist screening specialist.

In this role, you’ll evaluate mock therapy sessions (demos) conducted by psychologist candidates during our hiring process. Your structured feedback will directly shape our team by helping identify professionals who meet Rocket Health’s standards of empathy, skill, and care.

📋 Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate demo therapy sessions of psychologist applicants.
• Assess key areas such as structure, warmth, empathy, clinical reasoning, and communication.
• Provide structured written and verbal feedback to the hiring team.
• Ensure consistency and fairness in the screening process.
• Maintain Rocket Health’s quality benchmarks by helping select the right candidates.

• You’re empathetic, observant, and have strong listening skills.
• You can provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
