Hi, we are Abhineet and Dr. Ritika — a brother-sister co-founder duo who grew up in our family hospital. Abhineet has been building startups for years, with deep roots in the entrepreneurial world; Ritika is a doctor who chose to build a patient-centric healthcare system instead of just practising in one.

Together with a 130+ strong team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and folks across business, tech, marketing, quality, and ops — we show up every day for people who are ready to take their step for their mental health.

Our mission is simple: cancel stigma®. We want to make mental healthcare so normal, so accessible, and honestly so cool — that booking a therapy session feels no different from booking a gym class.

Behind every session is a team of psychologists and psychiatrists who show up every day with the same rigour and care — backed by a dedicated care team that holds the person's hand through every step of their journey, and supported by clinical systems and quality processes built to make sure that the 75,000th person who comes to us gets the same standard of care as the first.

Since our launch in December 2021, we have helped over 75,000 people and facilitated more than 2.5 lakh therapy and psychiatry sessions across India. We are just getting started.

Role

👩🏻‍💻 Counselling and Clinical Psychologist (Full time/ Part time)

🌏 Location: Fully remote

⏰ Time: Flexible, at your convenience

🔦 About the role

Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions (primary role), support group sessions, webinars and workshops.

We are looking for several rockstar mental health professionals to join our team and help drive our mission of providing high-quality, accessible care to patients.

This role may be a fit for you if multiple of the following apply to you:

You are passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care
You are skill-full and provide outcome-focused care
You have an innate ability to create awareness as you build relationships
You are comfortable working in a telemedicine environment
You are comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and iteratively improving processes

📋 You’re perfect if:

You are qualified to independently practice therapy (Masters or M.Phil is a must)
You are empathetic and intuitive listening
You have a strong verbal and written communication skill
You have a passion for our mission of improving access to high-quality care for anxiety & depression
You have worked collaboratively with doctors who are managing your clients' medication, in tandem to therapy you are providing
