Hi, we are Abhineet and Dr. Ritika — a brother-sister co-founder duo. We grew up in our family hospital. Abhineet previously built a pharmaceutical company and Ritika is a doctor who decided to build a patient-centric healthcare system. Our team and advisors comprise entrepreneurial leaders from On Deck, Fortis Healthcare, NIMHANS, Amazon, American Airlines, Apple, IIIT H, Georgetown University

Together, we are building modern healthcare for India — healthcare that is patient-centric, healthcare that comes without stigma and judgements, healthcare with a heart and soul 🧡

Since inception in Dec 2021, we’ve helped ~60000 patients and facilitated ~200,000 tele-consults pan India.

We are building a world-class team, to cancel stigma and build a safe space in healthcare. We intend to work with some of the most passionate leaders in this space to transform access to high-quality health care in India. Join us as we raise awareness, treat, educate and uplift each other.

• You thrive in early-stage chaos and find structure where there isn't any.

🔦 About the role

We need someone to build the community that launches this thing. Not manage it. Not coordinate it. Build it - from a waitlist to a movement.

• You'll work directly with the founding team, make real decisions, and do the unglamorous work that actually makes things grow.
• Own the waitlist. Find the people who'd evangelise this before it's even out.
• Build and run our founding user programme — recruit them, onboard them, keep them close. Identify and manage creator collabs.
• Get us into the right rooms — run clubs, gyms, wellness communities, lifestyle brands.
• Execute community events across BLR. Keep our social presence alive and sharp across IG, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
